Dr. Ahmed Algarhy is the Business Development Manager at TenEx Technologies, bringing 22 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, blending technical innovation, business development, and academia. He specializes in production enhancement, well completions, and stimulation optimization, with a strong focus on technology commercialization and strategic partnerships.

Before joining TenEx, Dr. Algarhy held leadership roles in chemical services and oilfield technology, focusing on sand flowback control, scale removal, and enhanced recovery solutions. His work has led to two U.S. patents in well completions and water flooding.

In academia, he served as an Assistant Professor at Marietta College, educating future petroleum engineers and advancing research in drilling geomechanics and production optimization. He is also the Executive Director of PioPetro, the world’s largest free petroleum education platform.

Dr. Algarhy holds a Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and has received multiple industry recognitions, including the 2021 SPE Regional Distinguished Achievement Award.
