It’s not every day that you come across an executive who enjoys failure as much as success. TenEx’s co-founder and CTO, Amr Radwan, believes that there is value in failure. He knows that failures make us rethink, reconsider, and find new ways and strategies that ultimately pushes innovation. Innovation is the backbone to TenEx, and Amr has invented all our current pioneering products. Amr’s mindset is laser-focused on one simple goal: To solve the customers’ challenges. One of the heads of the company, the TenEx family wouldn’t exist without this masterminded man.

Amr is a husband and a loving father to his two children, Tayla & Adam.  He was born and raised in Egypt and studied petroleum engineering at Cairo University. Amr admires chemistry and material science - like Ancient Egyptians who mastered this field like nobody else. When he is not making the newest products in the lab, he enjoys running, watching science fiction and historical movies, and most importantly, playing with his kids. TenEx would not be where we are today if it wasn’t for Amr. We are so blessed to have him as our CTO.
